William Rivas, the Director of C.O.C.O.A. House, a Schenectady after school and mentoring program for at-risk youth, will be the guest speaker for the Schenectady Rotary’s Thursday, April 15, 12 noon Zoom meeting.
Mr. Rivas will focus on diversity and inclusion in his presentation. C.O.C.O.A. House works in collaboration with Union College to provide services to families and youth who live in the Hamilton Hill, Vale and Mont Pleasant areas of the city.
